TMHostel 1 is situated in the historic city of Guimarães and it is a building of old characteristics, where the connection of design and fashion can be identified in each corner, where for several and long years, the creator who has worked there, has built dreams  and has transformed them into realities.
 
The building has 3 floors. The first floor has a very wide and welcoming living room. In here you can find the fire place, bar and a place for meals. In this floor we have a kitchen totally equipped with all the appliances and utensils for personal or collective use of our clients. In this same floor you can also find a large balcony where you can enjoy the area of street trade as also to participate in the daily hustle of the inhabitants of this friendly city. On the right side of this floor, we have 4 bedrooms with capability for 2 to 4 beds, and also 2 toilets and showers.
 
On the second floor, on the right side, we can find the bedrooms with capability for 2 to 4 beds. On the left side we can find the same type of bedrooms but also having a suite double bedroom, with sophisticated character.
 
The third floor, has a very wide and bright room with 4 beds available, with a private shower.
